Recipe - Chilies Rellenos Puffs

One fourth cup Butter; at room temperature
1 One fourth cup Flour
2 cup Monterey jack cheese; melted
One half cup Roasted peeled green chiles;
seeded & minced *
1/8 teaspoon Garlic powder
2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1. Combine butter and flour in a food processor, process until well mixed.
2. Add monterey jack chhese, chili peppers and garlic powder, process until
well mixed.
3. Form dough into Three fourths inch balls, roll in parmesan cheese.
4. Place on a greased baking sheets and bake at 375 degrees for about 15
minutes or until golden brown.
Notes: * or you can use 4 oz. canned minced green chili peppers, drained.
