Recipe - Chili Wcorn Tortilla Crisps

One half cup Sweet & sour sauce
One fourth cup Orange juice
1 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 Green chilies; thinly
cut or sliced up , (wear rubber
gloves)
2 tablespoon All purpose flour
8 Skinless chicken thighs;
rinsed and patted dry
One half teaspoon Salt
Nonstick cooking spray
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 Onion; cut into wedges
Prep: 10 min, Cook: 35 min. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl and set
aside. Combine flour and salt in a shallow plate. Coat chicken with flour
mixture. Coat a heavy nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over
medium high heat. Saut‚ chicken and garlic 12 minutes, until browned.
Remove chicken from pan. Stirfry onion 2 minutes. Arrange chicken in pan
and pour over sweet & sour sauce mixture. Cover pan and simmer 30 minutes,
or until chicken is no longer pink in center, turning chicken occasionally.
