Recipe - Chili Soup Jarlsberg

1 pound Ground beef
1 cup Chopped onion
One half cup Chopped green bell pepper
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
8 ounce Tomato sauce
One half cup Water
2 teaspoon Chili powder
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 teaspoon Bouillon granules
One half teaspoon Ground oregano
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One half pound Spaghetti, cooked/drained
cheese, shredded Cheddar
or Monterey Jack
in large skillet, brown the meat with onion, pepper, garlic, then drain.
stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti and cheese. Simmer, covered
for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Arrange spaghetti on a platter, top
with chili, then top with cheese.
