Ingredients:

1 cup Instant rice
1 cup Hot water
One half cn (4oz) green chiles
One half pound Monterey Jack cheese;
chopped
1 ct (small) sour cream
Black pepper & salt

Mix all & pour into greased casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Serves
