Recipe - Chili Relleno Pie

2 Eggs
6 Egg whites
One fourth cup Allpurpose flour
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Nonfat cottage cheese
One fourth cup Lowfat cheddar cheese
Grated
One fourth cup Mozzarella cheese grated
4 ounce Green chile chopped,
Drained
One half teaspoon Tabasco sauce
In a small bowl, beat eggs lightly; add flour and baking powder.
Combine remaining ingred in a separate bowl. Mix in egg mix. Pour into an
8inch square pan coated w/ cooking spray. Bake at 400F for 15 min. Reduce
heat to 350F and bake for 35 min more. Cut into 12 squares and serve warm
or cold.
