3 tablespoon Chopped garlic
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh ginger
One half cup Honey

2 tablespoon Thai Garlic Chili Pepper
Sauce
1 Lime ; juice of

Here's a spicy bbq sauce that you can regulate by using sweet and hot or
just hot chili sauce(Indonesian?). If the chili sauce isn't hot enough for
you (I use Bachri's Sambal Tumis?), a few Thai peppers work well. Great on
pork ribs.

In sauce pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion. Sauté until soft,
about 23 minutes. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute, making sure
not to brown garlic. Add honey, chili sauce, chicken stock, cider vinegar,
Worcestershire sauce, Chili Pepper Paste, Garlic Chili Pepper Sauce and
lime. Simmer until thick, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
