Recipe - Chili Fried Rice With Ham (Nasi Goreng)

1 One half pound Baking potatoes; peeled and
cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
2 teaspoon Chili powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One fourth teaspoon Ground cumin
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Arrange potato in a
single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 F. for 35 minutes or until
golden brown. Makes about 4 servings.
