Recipe - Chili Desilva

6 Eggs; hard cooked, halved
lengthwise
2 tablespoon Salsa
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Onion; minced
1 teaspoon Fresh cilantro; finely chop.
1/8 teaspoon Pepper; freshly ground
Remove yolks from eggs, reserving whites. Mash yolks in small bowl. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Fill whites with yolk mixture. Cover and refrigerate
overnight. Serve chilled. SOURCE: Bon Appetit Magazine, January 1986.
