Recipe - Chili Cheese Pie

5 Eggs
One fourth cup All purpose flour
One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 cup Cottage cheese
2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack
cheese (8oz)
One fourth cup Butter or margarine, melted
1 cn (4oz) chopped green chilies,
drained
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs well. Stir in next five ingredients. Add
green chilies. Pour into a greased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 F
for 4045 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out
clean. Serve immediately. Makes 68 servings.
