Recipe - Chili-Cheese Rounds

1 pack (8oz) cream cheese
One half pound Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 Cloves garlic; minced or
mashed
1 cup Finely chopped pecans
2 tablespoon Chili powder
Crackers
Cream together the cheeses and garlic until blended; mix in pecans. Shape
into two rolls, about 1One half inches in diameter. Roll in chili powder. Wrap
each roll in waxed paper or aluminum foil and chill. To serve, slice into
thin rounds and serve with crackers. Yield: about 150 rounds.
