Recipe - Chile Tuna Sea Shells

5 pound Pork butt roast (cut into
1" cubes)
2 cn 14 oz. chicken broth
1 tablespoon Cumin (can vari to taste)
2 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Pepper
1 lg Can green chili's (chop
yourself)
1 lg White onion
Put all ingredients into crock pot. Cook on high for about 6 hours. You
can cook for longer. Just before serving add thickner to desired
consistency.
I suggest Wondra it doesnt lump and works almost instantly. Chile Verde
