Recipe - Chile Con Queso Bread

1 Loaf French bread
One fourth cup Chopped green chile
4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
One half teaspoon Onion salt
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
2/3 cup Grated Cheddar or Longhorn
cheese

These recipes were sent to me by a friend in Albuquerque.
MIX chile, mayonnaise, salts, and cheese. SLICE bread into 12 slices; cut
each slice in half. BAKE cut or sliced up bread on 2 cookie sheets at 425 degrees
for 4 minutes or until lightly browned. REMOVE cookie sheets from oven,
turn bread untoasted side up; spread 12 tablespoons cheese mixture on
untoasted side of each slice. BROIL 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and
bubbly. SERVE immediately. MAKES 24 pieces.
