Recipe - Chile Cheese Puffs

1 cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
One half cup Unsalted butter
One half cup Sour cream
1 cup Finely grated sharp cheddar
cheese
4 ounce Diced green chiles; drained
Combine flour, salt, and garlic salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in
sour cream and mix well. Stir in chiles and cheese. Shape into a ball and
wrap in plastic and chill for 412 hours until firm. On a floured board,
rollout to a thicknexx of One fourth inch and cut into 1" shapes. Place on an
ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 14 to 18 minutes, until
puffed and golden. Serve hot, warm or at room temperature. Posted to TNT
