Recipe - Chickpea Crunchies

2 cup Cooked chickpeas; drained
well and blotted dry
One half teaspoon Salt (omit if you used
canned beans)
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One half teaspoon Ground cumin
One half teaspoon Ground coriander
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne pepper
(spicy snacks under 100 calories)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss the chickpeas with seasonings (in a
ziplock bag) and spread on a nonstick baking sheet and bake for 4045
