Ingredients:
Chicken With Hard Cider recipe makes 4 Servings
4 cup Butter; divided
1 pound Apple, tart; peeled, cored,
1 cup Cashews; coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon Sugar
3 cup Hard cider
1 Chicken; cut up
Saut# chicken lightly in One half cup of the butter. Place apples in a buttered
shallow baking dish; top with chicken and sprinkle with nuts and sugar. Add
cider; dot with remaining butter. Cover. Bake in preheated moderate oven
(375 F.) until tender, about 45 minutes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
