or turkey meat

RECIPES USING ANCHO CHILES (by Diana Kennedy) Mix about One half cup mole paste
with 1 can chicken broth or water in skillet and stir until sauce is about
the consistency of tomato sauce. Add more liquid or paste as needed Add
precooked shredded chicken or turkey meat and simmer 15 minutes. Serve
with cooked rice.
