Recipe - Chicken And Sausage Bake

3 pound Frying chicken
2 Garlic minced
1 pound Sweet italian sausage
1 Pepper, sweet green
16 ounce Tomatoes

Preheat oven to 375. Lightly saute chicken (cut into serving pieces) and
sausage (cut into 2 inch pieces) in a large oven proof casserole until
browned. Add tomatoes, garlic, and green pepper (cut into chunks). Bake,
covered, 1 One half hours, or until broth is somewhat reduced and chicken is
tender.
