3 Skinless Boneless Chicken
Breast Halves, Or Thighs
One fourth cup Soy Sauce; Low Sodium
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
One fourth teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 lg Clove Garlic
One fourth teaspoon Oregano
Mix soy sauce, vinegar, oil, crushed garlic, and oregano. Pour mixture over
chicken arranged in shallow baking dish and cover. Bake for 375° for 45
minutes, then turn chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.
This comes out extremely tender and has a wonderful flavor.
