Recipe - Chicken Surprise

Ingredients:
Chicken Surprise recipe makes 4 Servings
4 Chicken breasts skinned* see
note; boned and split
1 cn Cream of chicken soup
One half cn Water
One fourth pound Butter or margarine
2 cup Seasoned stuffing mix
4 sl Swiss cheese
Place chicken in a shallow baking dish. Top each slice of chicken with a
slice of cheese. Dilute soup with water and pour over chicken and cheese.
Toss stuffing and margarine together. Sprinkle over the top. Cover with
foil and bake for 1 and One half hours at 325 degrees.
NOTES : *six chicken breasts may also be used if desired
