Recipe - Chicken Style-Flavored Rice Mix

4 cup Uncooked LongGrain Rice
4 tablespoon Instant "Chicken Style"
Bouillon
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Dried Tarragon
2 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
One fourth teaspoon White Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until evenly
distributed. Put about 1 1/3 cups mixture each into three 1 pint
airtight containers. Label. Store in a cool, dry place. Use within 6
to 8 months. Makes about 4 cups of "CHICKEN STYLE"FLAVORED RICE MIX.
RECIPE FOR "CHICKEN STYLE"FLAVORED RICE: 1 1/3 cups "CHICKEN
STYLE"FLAVORED RICE MIX 2 Cups of Cold Water 1 Tbs. Soy Margarine.
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over
high heat. Cover, reduce heat and cook 15 minutes, until liquid is
absorbed. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
