1 cup Honey
1 cup Spicy brown mustard;
prepared
1 cup Allpurpose flour
1 cup Bread crumbs; fresh
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Garlic; granulated
4 pound Chicken breast; skinless,
boneless, cut in
3x1x1/2inch strips
Combine honey and mustard; mix well. Combine flour, crumbs, salt, pepper
and garlic; mix well. Dredge chicken strips in flourcrumb mixture; shake
off excess. Deepfry in 375 degrees F oil about 1One half minutes or until
completely cooked and golden brown.
