Recipe - Chicken Salad Tea Sandwiches

2/3 cup Chopped; cooked chicken
One fourth cup Chopped celery
1/8 teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoon Chopped green olives
4 sl Thin cut or sliced up sandwich bread
4 teaspoon Soft butter or margarine
Combine chicken, celery, salt, mayonnaise or salad dressing, and olives.
Spread each slice of bread with 1 teaspoon butter or margarine, then with 3
tablespoons chicken salad mixture. Trim crusts and cut each slice
crosswise into four finger sandwiches. Yield: 16 openface finger
sandwiches.
