Recipe - Chicken Salad Chiquita

2 cup Cooked minced chicken or
Canned chicken meat; drained
1/3 cup Plain yogurt
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
One half Chiquita banana; minced
2 tablespoon Strawberries; minced
2 tablespoon Pineapple; minced
2 tablespoon Grapes; minced
2 tablespoon Chopped scallions or
Green onions
One half teaspoon Celery salt
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
One fourth teaspoon Chili powder
2 tablespoon Pecans (for garnish);
toasted & chopped
Combine all ingredients except pecans in bowl; toss gently to mix well.
Serve on a bed of lettuce or with whole grain bread for sandwiches. Garnish
with pecans if desired. Makes 4 servings.
