Recipe - Chicken Risotto

2 Zucchini, thinly cut or sliced up
2 cup Skinned minced chicken,cooked
One half teaspoon Thyme
3 cup Cooked rice
2 Green onions, cut or sliced up
One half teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Chopped pimento
One fourth cup Grated cheese
Cook the zucchini and onions in small amount of water until tender, about
5 to 10 min. Add other ingredients, except for cheese. Cook and stir
until heated through. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, serve. Cal: 187,
