Recipe - Chicken Ring

3 cup Cut up cooked chicken; (up
to 4)
1 cup Soft bread crumbs
One half cup Cooked rice
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Paprika
1/8 cup Chopped pimiento; (2 Tbsp.)
2 Eggs; OR One half cup Egg
Beaters® 99% egg substitute
1 One half cup Skim milk
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup;
undiluted
Mix all ingredients togethe and pour into a ring mold. Bake in pan of hot
water at 350 F. for 30 minutes or until set. Unmold on platter. Pour on
heated undiluted cream of mushroom soup to serve. Serves 6. MC formatting
