1 Chicken Fryer, Cut Up
1 cn Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 cn Cream Of Celery Soup
1 pack Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 cup Rice
One half cup Water

Combine all ingredients in 2quart casserole and place chicken pieces on
top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 One half hours.
