Recipe - Chicken Ravioli

1 Hen
1 pound Cheese; grated
1 Jar (4oz) pimiento; minced
1 cn (4oz) mushrooms
1 Green pepper; chopped
1 Onion; minced
2 tablespoon Butter
1 pack (12oz) noodles
Boil hen until tender and remove from bones. Reserve broth. Chop fine.
Saute pepper and onion in butter. Cook noodles in broth. Drain. In double
boiler (or Teflonlined saucepan) combine chicken, pepper, onion and
noodles. Add cheese, pimiento and mushrooms. Cook slowly until cheese is
completely melted.
