Recipe - Chicken Raphael

4 Chicken breasts; (up to 8)
Flour
Salt and pepper
Rosemary
Garlic powder
One half pound Butter
ADD
1 cn (large) of mushrooms;
drained
1 cn (large) of artichokes;
halved and drained
One fourth cup White wine
1 Squeezed lemon juice
Shake the chicken in a bag containing small amounts of flour, salt and
pepper, rosemary and garlic powder. Brown the chicken in butter for
approximately 15 min.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer 3040 minutes, until tender. Serve on rice.
NOTE: The mushrooms and artichokes cook down and constitutes gravy to be
spooned over all. Good company fare.
