1 Frying Chicken, Cut up
Three fourths cup Rose Wine
One fourth cup Soy Sauce
One fourth cup Olive Oil
One fourth teaspoon Oregano, Ground
Three fourths teaspoon Ginger
Pineapple Juice
2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Saute the chicken in butter until well
browned in a large, deep pan. Make a sauce of the other ingredients. Pour
the sauce over the chicken. Cover and bake for 90 minutes.
