Recipe - Chicken Parmegiana

3 ounce Boneless skinless chicken
breast halves
1 tablespoon Italian bread crumbs
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon Italian salad dressing; low
calorie
Preheat oven 350 . Combine bread crumbs, One half tsp. Italian seasoning
parmesan cheese, One fourth tsp. parsley flakes, and One fourth tsp. pepper in a shallow
bowl. Pour dressing into a second bowl and dip chicken in dressing and roll
in bread crumbs. Repeat until coated. Place in a covered dish treated with
veggie spray. Bake for 40 min. uncover & bake an additional 57 min.
