Recipe - Chicken Noodle Rice

2 teaspoon Canola oil
2 cup Chicken chunks; 1 1/2" cubes
2 pack Ramen style chicken noodles;
3 oz. each
2 cup Frozen green peas
2 cup Water
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
One half teaspoon Dried thyme
3 cup Cooked white rice
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet. Add chicken and stirfry 2 mins.
until white on all sides. Break up noodles and stir into skillet with peas,
water, garlic and thyme. Cover and simmer for 45 mins. or until chicken is
opaque. Stir in rice and contents of flavor packages from the noodles. Heat
1 min.

NOTES : I usually have 3 cup packages of rice in the freezer. Just thaw and
you have the start on a fast meal.
