Recipe - Chicken Montmoracy

3 pound Chicken; cut up
2 cup Black cherries
3 tablespoon Margarine
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 Chicken bouillon cube
1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 tablespoon Flour
1/8 teaspoon Allspice
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Drain cherries, saving liquid. Wash, dry and skin chicken. Melt margarine,
add salt, paprika and pepper. Brown chicken in mixture, then remove. To
skillet add One fourth t salt, flour, sugar and spices. Mix well. Add cherry
juice, bouillon and chicken. Cover, simmer 35 minutes. Add cherries and
simmer 5 more minutes.
