Recipe - Chicken Livers Paprika

1 pound Chicken livers
1 Mediumsized onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Flour
juice of One half lemon
2 tablespoon Cream
2 tablespoon Butter
1 teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Beer
salt and pepper to taste
Saute halved livers in butter about 3 minutes. Saute onion until soft. Stir
in paprika and flour. Add beer gradually, then the lemon juice. Season to
taste and add cream. Simmer for 4 minutes. Serve on toast or rice. Serves
