Recipe - Chicken Kona

3 pound Chicken parts or 2 small brd
Salt
Pepper
One half cup Chopped green onion
One half cup Soy sauce
One fourth cup Dry white wine
One half cup Water
One half cup Honey
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in slowcooking pot. Combine
onions, soy sauce, wine, and water. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on
low for 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken from pot.
Arrange on broiler pan. Brush honey on chicken. Broil until golden brown,
brushing with honey several times. You can use 3 to 4 pound of chicken.
Chicken and sauce may refrigerated and browned at a later time, if desired.
