Recipe - Chicken Kebabs Yum Yum

2 Cloves garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger
Salt and pepper; to taste
One fourth teaspoon Ground cloves
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
1 Egg white
1 tablespoon Lemon juice or; to taste
1 cup Wholewheat flour
Nonstick cooking spray
Process the chicken, onions, garlic, ginger,salt, pepper, cloves, cinnamon,
cilantro, egg white and lemon juice to a paste in a food processor. Shape
into patties, each about 2inches in diameter and 1/4inch thick, and coat
with the wholewheat flour.
Heat a nonstick frying pan over mediumhigh heat. When hot, spray lightly
with nonstick cooking spray and add as many patties as will fit
comfortably. Brown on both sides and transfer to a warmed platter while
cooking the remainder. Serve hot.
Makes 10 kebabs.
