Recipe - Chicken Deviled Eggs

6 Hard cooked eggs
One half cup Finely chopped cooked
chicken
3 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Grated onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
Three fourths teaspoon Hot pepper sauce, to taste
1 tablespoon Minced parsely
Paprika, for garnish
1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks & place in a small bowl.
2. Marsh yolks w/ a fork. Add chicken, mayonnaise, onion, Dijon mustard,
dry mustard, hot sauce & parsely. Blend well. Stuff egg whites w/ yolk
mixture. Sprinkle tops w/ paprika to garnish. Cover & refrigerate until
serving time.
