1 small Garlic clove crushed
4 Chicken Breast Cutlets
1 pn Italian herbs
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon Chopped parsely
One half cup Dry white wine
Pepper
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
Salt
Margerine
Brown cutlet briefly on both sises over mediumhigh heat. Remove. Add
garlic and mushrooms, saute until mushrooms are golden and pan is virtually
dry. Add remaining ingredients and cutlets. Simmer over low heat for about
5 minutes per side or until cooked thorough.
