Recipe - Chicken Coronado

5 Chicken breast halves;
cooked
1 One half cup Chicken broth
1 cn Cream of Chicken Soup
8 ounce Sour cream
One half cup Uncooked rice
1/8 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 Roll Ritz crackers
1 Stick margarine or butter
Poppy seeds; (optional)
Cook, debone and break chicken into large bitesized pieces. Mix broth,
soup, sour cream, rice and garlic. Put in 9X9inch baking dish. Place
chicken into dish. Crush crackers, saute in margarine. Put over chicken,
sprinkle with poppy seeds. Back uncovered at 350 degrees for about 45
minutes. This may be baked ahead, refrigerated and then warmed when needed.
