Recipe - Chicken Confetti Salad

1 Head lettuce; torn into bite
size pieces
1 Head cauliflower; separated
into flowerettes
1 Bermuda onion; cut or sliced up
1 Sweet red pepper; chopped
1 cup Broccoli; chopped
Three fourths pound Bacon; crisp cooked and
crumbled
2 cup Diced; cooked chicken

DRESSING
3 tablespoon Sugar
1 One half cup Mayo
Three fourths cup Grated Parmesan or Romano
1 tablespoon Crushed peppercorns
2 tablespoon Milk

Combine salad ingreds., and mix dressing ingreds. and chill both 1 hr. Toss
salad with dressing just before serving. 12 servings
