Recipe - Chicken Coating Mix

2 tablespoon Parsley Flakes
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Marjoram
1 tablespoon Thyme
2 teaspoon Rosemary
1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1 teaspoon Onion Salt
1 tablespoon Celery Salt
1 tablespoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sage
1 tablespoon Paprika
Oven Fried Chicken
1 One half teaspoon Chicken Coating Mix
Three fourths cup Flour
One fourth cup Dry NonFat Instant Milk
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
One half teaspoon Salt
2/3 cup Hot Water
2 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
3 pound Fryer Chicken, Cut Up

* Preheat oven to 425 degrees. * Combine all ingredients except chicken in
small bowl. * Blend well. * Dip chicken in batter. * Bake uncovered 4050
minutes until golden brown and tender. * If desired, fry in hot oil.
VARIATION: * Coat chicken with mix and 1 cup flour, then fry in hot oil.
Makes One half cup.
