Recipe - Chicken Cacciatore Wlinguini

4 pound Chicken pieces skinned &
Defatted
2 teaspoon Olive Oil
6 Green Onions
40 ml Garlic cut or sliced up thin
SAUCE:
6 ounce Tomato Paste
One half cup Dry White Wine =or=
One fourth cup Dry White Cooking Wine
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Three fourths cup Chicken Stock
1 Bay Leaf
1/8 teaspoon Sweet Marjoram
1 cup Mushrooms cut or sliced up
Saute chicken in olive oil, green onions and garlic. Mix together the
remaining ingredients for the sauce. Simmer chicken in sauce 1 hour
covered. Serve with cooked linguini, rice or potatoes or other pasta
