Recipe - Chicken Cacciatore Boboli

1 lg 12" or
4 small 6" Boboli Italian bread
shells
One fourth ounce Pk Boboli Pizza Sauce Pouch
for each small shell or
5 ounce Pk for large shell
5 ounce Chicken; cook, dice
2 ounce Green bell peppers; minced
1 ounce Fresh mushrooms; chopped
One half ounce Onions; minced
4 ounce Mozzarella; shredded

Combine all ingredients except cheese and shell in a bowl. Spread mixture
on shell. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 450~ for 1215 minutes (58
