Recipe - Chicken Burgers On Toast Sourdough Bread

14 ounce Ground chicken
One half cup Plus
1 tablespoon Seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 Egg; lightly beaten
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 dr Hot pepper sauce; or to
taste
4 1oz diagonal slices
sourdough bread; toasted
4 Lettuce leaves
2 tablespoon Plus
2 teaspoon Sweet pickle relish

IN a medium bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg, and Worcestershire
and hot pepper sauces lightly but thoroughly; shape mixture into 4 equal
patties.
Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place over medium
heat. Add chicken patties; cook, turning once, 1012 minutes, until golden
brown and cooked through.
To serve, top each slice of bread with 1 lettuce leaf; place 1 cooked
chicken patty and 2 teaspoons of the pickle relish onto each leaf.
EACH SERVING PROVIDES: One fourth vegetable; 3 proteins; 1 Three fourths breads; 10 optional
calories
PER SERVING: 331 calories; 24g protein; 12 g fat; 31g crbohydrate; 78mg
