Recipe - Chicken Broth

1 cup Plain nonfat yogurt
5 tablespoon (packed) feta cheese,
crumbled
2 teaspoon Minced garlic
1 teaspoon Chopped fresh rosemary
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 One half pound Skinless, boneless chicken
breast halves, cut into
1One half inch pieces
2 lg Red bell peppers, cut into
1One half inch pieces
6 1012 inch long wooden
skewers, soaked in water 30
minutes
Mix yogurt, 3 Tbs feta cheese, garlic, rosemary, and pepper in a large
bowl. Add, chicken; toss to coat. Let marinate at room temperature 30
minutes. Prepare barbeque (Medium high) or preheat broiler. Thread chicken
and pepper pieces alternately on skewer. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill or broil until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally, about
8 minutes. Transfer brochettes to platter. Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbs
