Combine One fourth cup flour, One half tsp. salt & One fourth tsp. pepper. Coat 1 One half lb
skinned boneless chicken breasts with seasoned flour. Saute' in 3
Tbls. oil in large skillet. Remove chicken from skillet. Saute' 1
cut or sliced up small onion, 1 small cut or sliced up green pepper, 1 cup cut or sliced up
zucchini & 1 cup fresh mushrooms in 2 Tbls. oil. Return chicken to
skillet. Arrange vegetables over top. Combine 1 2/3 cups (15oz)
Italian Style Tomato Sauce, 1 crushed garlic clove, One half tsp. oregano
leaves & One half tsp. dried rosemary. Pour over chicken. Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat, cover & boil gently for 10 minutes or until chicken is
cooked. Serve over pasta or rice.
