Recipe - Chicken Breast In Hot Chilli Sauce

5 small Chicken breast fillets
3 Eggs
10 ml Breadcrumbs
10 Chopped nuts
Seasoning
MUSTARD SAUCE
Double cream
Sour cream
6 tablespoon Whole grain mustard
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Dried mustard
Black and white pepper
2 Dry basil leaves
Dip the chicken in the eggs and then into the mixed breadcrumbs,
chopped nuts and seasoning.
Shallow fry the chicken just to crisp the the coating and put it in
the oven for 25 minutes until brown.
For the sauce:
Mix half of the creams and the other ingredients and heat for 15
minutes.
Serve with courgetts, butternut squash, and yellow squash.
