Recipe - Chicken Apple Saute

2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 pound Chicken, skinned, boned
and cut into strips
1 md Green pepper,
cut or sliced up lengthwise
1 md Onion, cut or sliced up lengthwise
1 cup Diagonally cut or sliced up celery
1 Golden Delicious apple,
cored and cut or sliced up
One half cup Apple juice
1 tablespoon White vinegar
2 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Heat oil in nonstick skillet or wok. Saute chicken until no longer pink;
remove from pan. Saute green pepper, onion and celery until tendercrisp.
Return chicken to pan; add apple and cook for 1 minute. Combine remaining
ingredients; add to apple mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
4 servings. Fat 14 grams per serving / Fiber
