Recipe - Chicken-Flavored Rice Mix

4 cup Uncooked Long Grain Rice
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Dried Parsley Flakes
4 tablespoon Instant Chicken Bouillon
2 teaspoon Dried Tarragon
One fourth teaspoon White Pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until evenly distributed.
Put about 1 1/3 cups into three 1pint containers and label as
ChickenFlavored Rice Mix. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 6 to
8 months.
Makes about 4 cups of mix.
CHICKENFLAVORED RICE: Mix 1 1/3 cups CHICKENFLAVORED RICE MIX with 2
cups cold water and 1 T butter or margarine in a medium saucepan. Bring
water to a boil over high heat. Cover and reduce the heat and cook for 15
to 25 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
