Recipe - Chicken-Almond Casserole

4 One half cup Chicken; minced
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 small Chopped onion
3 Hard cooked eggs; chopped
One half cup Slivered almonds; toasted
2 cn (10.75oz) cream of chicken
soup (or cream of
whatever's in your
pantry); undiluted
Three fourths cup Mayonnaise (not salad
dressing)
One half cup Chicken broth
One fourth cup Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
1 cup Crushed butter crackers
(like Ritz)

Combine the first 11 ingredients and place in a greased 13 inch X 9 inch
pan. Sprinkle the crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
**You can also sprinkle One half cup Parmesan or Romano cheese on top.
