Recipe - Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

One half cup Stick margarine; 70%
vegetable oil spread
3 cup Firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoon Water
1 cup Egg substitute
3 cup Allpurpose flour
3 One half teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate minimorsels

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat 13 x 9 x 2inch baking pan with nostick
cooking spray. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Remove from
heat. Stir in remaining ingredients in order listed, stirring well after
each addition. Spread evenly in baking pan. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until
deep golden brown. Makes 24 squares.
